To apply your essential oil onto your Psychra bracelet, follow these steps:

1. Apply a few drops of your essential oil onto the bracelet. Make sure to apply the oil directly onto the lava stone.

2. Allow the essential oil to absorb into the lava stone for 2 minutes.

You can apply essenetial oils to your bracelet as often as you like, depending on your personal preference. Some people like to reapply the oils daily, while others do it less frequently.

Do they fit big or small?

All of our bracelets fit all sized wrists! They were made to adjust to all wrist sizes.
